We use freight forwarding companies to deliver our products outside the USA border into Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other part of the world. If you have a freight forwarding company that you frequently use, we will be happy to use them. You can email us with your freight forwarding companies Name, Telephone #, and its main office location to: ray.grimme@durabakstore.com.

When you place and order with DurabakStore, the shipping carrier may or may not factor in all costs to get your order to you, therefore we contact freight forwarding companies and get quotes from them.  We then email the following to you:

1.     1.   A copy of the freight forwarding company quote

2.      2.  A copy of the costs to ship the product to the freight forwarding company departures       point

3.      3.  A copy of the original PO place by you

4.      4.  A commercial invoice needed to ship the product to you with all costs and estimated     delivery time shown on it

5.      5. At this point you can decide whether to proceed with your order or to cancel it, and you can reply by email with your decision.

If you decide to move forward with your order, we will proceed to prepare all documentation necessary to ship your order, and to ship it ASAP. We will then email you with updates with tracking #s and estimated delivery dates.

There are too many items to consider in shipping products around the world today. The shipping carrier we use do a good job in estimating shipping costs to your location at time of order, but they miss items sometimes.  We verify all shipments outside the USA borders, to ensure your orders are delivered to you.

 We want to get our product into your hands and will work hard to make that happen. We appreciate your patience with orders shipping to the above locations as they can tend to take a little longer to get to you, but we guarantee that our products are worth the wait!
